How likely are you to recommend Dr. Fernando?
I am at a loss for words to describe the level of care provided by Doctor Fernando. He is undoubtedly one of the best doctors I have ever met in my life. He is highly qualified, incredibly caring, and possesses a humble demeanor. He rarely misses phone calls, but if he does, he always returns them, which is a level of attentiveness that I have never experienced before in any other medical practice.
