How likely are you to recommend Dr. Shen?
Dr. Shen is caring and considerate. He treated me and took very good care of me. He listened to me and took all of the time I wanted to discuss whatever I needed to discuss with him. I wish he could be my primary care and he said he could not because he worked for the Urgent Care. It is worth going to the Urgent Care American Family Care to get him even if you have a PCP already.
