Patient Reviews

I went to Dr. Young for many years until my insurance (UPMC) would no longer cover care from her practice thus forcing me to choose another doctor. And, it wasn't like I couldn't still go to Dr. Young and pay for care out of pocket (which I did for one visit) she was not allowed to make referrals (annual colonoscopy, my allergist which I needed) for me, either. She was consistently thorough, patient, friendly, professional. Her bedside manner was exceptional. Her office was well run with friendly staff. Calls to the office were quickly returned. Solutions and suggestions were immediate. While I am fortunate to have found another great doctor, I really miss Dr. Young and staff! There is nothing like having a doctor that knows you well and takes the time to get to know you and your needs.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
