How likely are you to recommend Dr. Hoffmeister-Becerra?
Dr Hoffmeister is the first Dr from my many many ER visits, I have a pretty rare disease Ankylosing Spondylitis, unfortunately there are very few Dr's who know and understand how painful and difficult it is to have treated as needed. She has seen me twice in about a year now. I believe she researched the condition after seeing how it affected me the 1st visit and was really prepared the last time I was in a week ago now. I truly appreciate the attention and willingness to listen to her patients. I had about giving up believing that any of the Dr's cared about what is happening with my joints and living in constant pain. The steroids and other anti-inflammatory meds she sent me out with were the best ones I had a physician give me in at least 8 years, and 3 times a year having a ER trip. I hope she can teach other in her field how to care for their parents. Nowadays it has become everyone is just another head in the door for their profit machine.
