Dr Fazil is an excellent and compassionate doctor. She listens and works hard to help with your needs. We knew her during her beginning practice at Rocky Vista HC and she was alway on time and in a great mood. We will miss seeing her there.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
