Dr. Shin made this whole potentially terrifying experience feel manageable and grounded. I was helped to understand the procedure & its predictions of benefit and risk. He never rushes through questions or concerns I have. He is one of the best examples of a medical professional I have ever encountered. Thank you, Dr. Shin!
