Dr. Meyer is a truly talented therapist that helped me achieve many breakthroughs. While the Gestalt style may not be for everyone, I was at a point where I truly wanted to change my life, and Dr. Meyer—along with Gestalt Therapy helped me to do that. You can expect to truly take a look at yourself from an outside perspective, and not everyone is into that. But, when your life is out of control, and you need guidance, her style works; plain-and-simple! I highly recommend visiting Dr. Meyer if you are at a point where you feel you need guidance and are ready for a change.
