How likely are you to recommend Kathleen McKeon?
This fall I transferred my primary care to Kathleen McKeon and Mercy Primary in West Falmouth. I had been a lifetime patient (for 30+ years) of Martin's Point and had found a decrease in personalized care and an inability to see a consistent PCP when needed. My switch to Mercy and K. McKeon couldn't have been smoother. I called to switch and explained an immediate medical need, and they saw me promptly. At the end of the urgent appointment, K. McKeon scheduled me an upcoming physical and referred me to a specialist for other needs. At my follow-up physical, I learned how immensely knowledgeable K. McKeon is in natural remedies and treatments. As someone who doesn't like to jump to prescription medications, I greatly appreciate her knowledge and expertise in vitamins, supplements, and natural remedies for things like anxiety/stress, etc. She is very supportive and a great communicator. If you are looking for a personable, knowledgeable, friendly and kind NP, K. McKeon is a delight.
