Patient Reviews
May 27, 2021
I have rheumatoid arthritis and joint hypermobility spectrum disorder. The hypermobility is what brought me to Dr. Holm's practice. Dr. Holm is super knowledgeable about the condition, and approaches it from a variety of angles: through not just regular exercises, but also through posture fixes and thinking about better chairs, proper footwear, or other tricks to help your body. She really educates patients about their conditions, and why certain exercises work better for hyper mobile people, how to recognize minor irritations that will not hurt you long term vs a movement causing actual damage, etc. I've only been seeing her for about six months, but I've already seen a noticeable reduction in my everyday pain levels.
