How likely are you to recommend Sandra Roskott?
Sandra "Shaw" Roskott is a charming, genuine and down to earth therapist who really cares about the people she works with. While working with Ms Roskott I made tremendous improvement in my mental health and even stopped having panic attacks after experiencing them for years. Shaw didn't make therapy go on and on like some therapists or try to keep me dependent on her. She really encouraged me to take charge of my own peace and contentment in my life and not just let things happen to me. The most important thing I learned from her is that I can change the way I think and when I change the way I think I change the way I feel. She taught me how to do that.
